RETURN POLICY
Since we check all products before sending out, we are certain all products are in good condition before sending to you (customer), so we do not exchange any product. All sales are final.
However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to some reasons well known to you (customer) and wish to return the product. You have 14 days, from the date of receipt, to return your items to us. If we have approved a return, items need to be returned with proof of purchase within 14 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in PERFECT SELLABLE CONDITION. We do not expect products to be perfectly wrapped or perfectly folded, but we will not accept items for return if;
- They are marked.
- They have been washed.
- Tags on garments have been removed.
- They are scented with perfume, deodorant or smoke.
- Shoes have been worn outside or the sole is stained.
- The shoe box has been damaged or marked or stained.
- Jewelries have been scratched or damaged
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for underwear and socks.
We do not take responsibility for losses of or damages to returned goods during transit. Usage of a trackable system to return any items to us is strongly recommended. Refund will take place after we received the returned goods. Returns without any query approval will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back without any query approval to us.
